In summer of 2007, while practicing Ashtanga yoga, I accidentally fell on my head, and had to be rushed to a hospital where I received thirteen stitches on my forehead. The attending doctor said my injury was a small matter compared to my high blood pressure which he discovered  while checking my body. It was so high that he could not believe I did not have a stroke.
